IMPORTANT: The category Defect & Breakage applies only to statues. The Artbox and Brownbox are not returned or repaired.
If upon receipt of a product ordered on our site, you notice defects and/or breakage, please open a ticket with our support service as follows, within the warranty period:

> The attached pictures are mandatory to submit your ticket.
